Pastor is seeing most members as suspects;
He now see some as his favourite while others are against his ministry;
His sermons now, are more of criticism than dishing out the word of truth;
Someone has poisoned his mind.Is it YOU?
Sister A and sister B used to be salt and oil;
They pray together, go to evangelism and attend church together;
All of a sudden they turned to cat and rat;
Someone spoilt the beautiful relationship.
Is it YOU?
Wife now fights her husband at home;
She has suddenly discovered that her husband has not been taking good care of her;
She wonders why the one year feeding allowance from her husband is other women’s daily feeding allowance;
Someone is responsible.
Is it You?
What was discussed in leadership meeting is now in the news;
6 leaders took a decision but the members are seeing 1 of them as a saint;
Leaders are now wondering if they have a ghost member that is leaking their information;
But one of the tested and trusted leaders is responsible.
Is it YOU?
A sister has been turned to a laughing stock in the church;
A prayer request that she submitted in her prayer group has become talk of the town;
She now move around in shame because everyone knows she had an incurable disease;
A prayer partner revealed the secret.
Is it YOU?
A brother has suddenly developed strong hatred against his brother;
All effort to find out what the matter is has proved abortive;
An information given to him in confidence is the bone of contention;
And the person that raised the false alarm made him to vow never to reveal his/her identity.
Is it YOU?
In the book of Haggai chapter 1 verse 5, the Lord of hosts told the children of Isreal to consider their ways. Today, this word is for us . We need to examine our lives. Is our lives sources of joy or sorrow. If we enter into a home that is enjoying peace, does that peace last long.
What of our present in church, does it encourage brotherly love to continue or does it introduce this sentence “there is no love among us anymore”
May you not be brother kill joy, may I not be sister love extinguisher. Let’s stop inflicting wounds on unsuspecting individuals.
Accusing fingers are being pointed. Everyone is now a suspect, just because of someone’s actions and inactions. Who is this person? Are you the one? If that is the case, then you really need to consider your way.
